Sarayu Somaiya had initiated an Open Offer under SEBI Takeover Code 1997 in the year 2007-2008 and obtained controlling stake in the company.

Smt. Sarayu Somaiya is the Promoter and Director of the Company, holds 69.83% shares of the Comapny. She holds a Master’s Degree in Arts and also a Bachelors Degree in Education. Earlier she was actively engaged in the field of education and social work. Later she took extensive interest in the Capital & Securities market. She worked as an accredited agent of Development Financial Institutions, investment bankers and mutual funds for about 15 years. She possesses good experience in financial services segment of capital market as also in securities market operations.
Namita Ghayal – Non Executive Independent Director
Smt. Namita Ghayal is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, bringing a strong academic foundation in business and management to the Board. She holds a Master of Commerce and a Master of Management Sciences, both from the University of Pune.
